On Call Consultant - OOH

Role Overview: You will be working as an On Call Consultant at QX Global Group, where your main responsibilities will revolve around making and receiving calls from Health clients and candidates, placing candidates into shifts, managing shift bookings and cancellations, liaising with Hospitals/Staff Banks, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. It is essential to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task efficiently to ensure client orders are fulfilled promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Make and receive incoming calls from Health clients and candidates - Place candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts, communicate effectively with clients and candidates - Book shifts, manage cancellations, escalations/DNAs, take requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings - Maintain relationships with clients and candidates, provide exceptional service - Manage various client rosters, update the internal Recruitment Management System/Handovers for accuracy and compliance - Liaise with Hospitals/Staff Banks for booking shifts as per availabilities Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 - 18 months of experience in UK Healthcare Recruitment for Nurses/Doctors, Booking Consultant, or On-call Consultant (OOH) - Strong desire to self-learn - Willingness to work on tight deadlines - Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing/Doctors) - Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Nursing/Doctors) Additional Details: Location: Ahmedabad (On-site),
