What You'll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining full-stack applications in .NET (C#) and Vue.js
- Designing and developing well-tested code using TDD and other automated testing strategies
- Collaborating closely with remote UK teammates, communicating clearly via async tools and video
- Participating in stand-ups, retros, sprint planning, and product discussions
- Supporting patient-facing services and clinician tools used across the NHS
- Working in a culture where you’re encouraged to ask questions, offer suggestions, and grow beyond your BAU

What We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET C# development
- Front-end development experience (ideally with Vue.js, or React/Angular with a willingness to learn)
- Solid understanding of software testing principles:
- TDD (Test-Driven Development)
- Types of testing: unit, integration, end-to-end, system
- Experience writing and maintaining tests as part of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Comfortable with SQL and working with relational databases
- Experience working remotely or in globally distributed teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A collaborative mindset: proactive, communicative, and open to feedback
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Azure (e.g. App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hubs)
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
- Contributions to open source, personal projects, or technical blogs
