Job Description

Role: Offshore Delivery Leader – Banking & Financial Services

Location: Pune


Who are we looking for?

A senior delivery executive based out of Pune to manage the multi-million portfolio in banking

and financial services who has worked in complex delivery environment ,maintain & strengthen the relationships with the customer execs, leading the team, owning the P&L, handling the operations and support growth of the account, Should be closer to technology and understand domain and technology together to provide value to customers. Extensive experience in managing accounts, delivering App Dev, application support and transformation programs.


Fluent in communication, proven records of setting up innovation, value driven culture across

the organization.


Roles and responsibilities:

Summary:

1. Overall 25+ years’ experience in IT Services

2. Extensive experience working for Banking customers

3. Experience in Application Development, Application Support & Transformation –

Delivery

4. Leadership candidate, who has demonstrated managing large accounts – 60+Mil

ACV, 800+ Members

5. Handled variety of programs – Time & Material, Fixed price, Production support,

etc

6. Someone with good pedigree - Education and Employment

7. Someone who has grown accounts from scratch (grown at least two accounts

from scratch)

8. Grown with in Organization as a leader and strong Project / Program / Delivery

Management experience


Leadership

• Lead delivery units to consistently meet client commitments while adhering to project frameworks.

• Drive innovation across programs to establish a Value-Driven Delivery model.

• Ensure governance and compliance standards are maintained while building and guiding high-performing teams.

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for portfolio growth, mentor emerging talent, and manage large-scale setups with 800+ team members.


Solution Response & Bid Management

• Proven expertise in managing bids end-to-end, from solutioning to closure.

• Skilled in handling RFP responses, accurate estimation, solution design, and successfully winning multiple large-scale deals.


Client Management

• Proficient in managing escalations to maintain stakeholder satisfaction and trust.

• Build and nurture relationships with both existing and new stakeholders to drive account growth.

• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder collaboration, communication, and engagement.

Operations Management

• Partner with operations teams to sustain healthy financial parameters, including revenue growth, margins, invoicing, headcount movements, and account structuring.

• Successfully set up teams from the ground up, collaborating with all organizational support functions.

• Provide active pre-sales support to strengthen delivery and client acquisition.

Financial Management

• Monitor and track financials to ensure projects remain within budget and aligned with expectations.

• Directly manage P&L, optimizing for service delivery, client satisfaction, and organizational profitability.


Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent advanced education.

• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
