As an Offshore Delivery Leader in Banking & Financial Services, you will be responsible for managing a multi-million portfolio in a complex delivery environment. Your role will involve maintaining and strengthening relationships with customer executives, leading a team, owning the P&L, handling operations, and supporting the growth of the account. It is essential for you to be close to technology and have a comprehensive understanding of both domain and technology to provide value to customers. Your extensive experience in managing accounts, delivering App Dev, application support, and transformation programs will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overall 25+ years of experience in IT Services. - Extensive experience working with Banking customers. - Proficiency in Application Development, Application Support & Transformation Delivery. - Demonstrated leadership in managing large accounts with 60+Mil ACV and 800+ team members. - Experience in handling a variety of programs such as Time & Material, Fixed price, Production support, etc. - Strong educational and employment background. - Proven track record of growing at least two accounts from scratch. - Leadership experience with a focus on Project/Program/Delivery Management. **Leadership Responsibilities:** - Lead delivery units to meet client commitments and drive innovation for a Value-Driven Delivery model. - Ensure governance and compliance standards while guiding high-performing teams. - Provide strategic and tactical leadership for portfolio growth, mentor emerging talent, and manage large-scale setups with 800+ team members. **Solution Response & Bid Management:** - Manage bids end-to-end, from solutioning to closure. - Handle RFP responses, accurate estimation, solution design, and win multiple large-scale deals. **Client Management:** - Manage escalations and build relationships with stakeholders to drive account growth. - Collaborate with stakeholders effectively through communication and engagement. **Operations Management:** - Partner with operations teams to sustain healthy financial parameters and set up teams from the ground up. - Provide pre-sales support to strengthen delivery and client acquisition. **Financial Management:** - Monitor and track financials to ensure projects remain within budget and aligned with expectations. - Directly manage P&L, optimizing for service delivery, client satisfaction, and organizational profitability. **Qualifications Required:** - Engineering degree or equivalent advanced education. - Minimum of 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
