Responsibilities

1Sampling, analysis and reporting of Purified water, Raw material, Finish product, Stability and in process samples.2Performing Environmental monitoring in production, warehouse and microbiology laboratory.3Sub culturing and maintenance of Pure culture.4Preparation and sterilization of microbiological culture media and performance of GPT.5Calibration of microbiology lab instruments and equipment.6To perform Compress air Monitoring.7Handling of lab incidents, OOS, OOT and OOC in coordination with department head and other cross functional team.8Maintain the microbiological document.9To make all necessary entries in instrument usage log as per GLP requirement.10To report critical findings to section head and head QC on daily basis.11To make sample registration, entry of analytical data in LIMS.12Preparation of trends for purified water and environmental monitoring data.13To ensure the calibration, validation and re qualification of microbiology lab instruments as per the schedule.14Preparation of monthly water and environmental monitoring schedule.15To coordinate with other plant for sharing and harmonization of the best microbiology practices.16Issuance of worksheet from LIMS.17Work allocation to team in absence of Microbiology Head.18Perform any other task allotted by Head of Department.
