As a results-driven professional with a strong testing background in large-scale, client-facing transformation programs, you will play a crucial role in the Alpha Global Testing Practice at State Street. Your responsibilities will include: - Representing State Street Alpha in client engagements, setting expectations, and guiding the testing journey. - Managing financial planning and resource allocation for the testing team. - Leading strategic delivery and contributing to the implementation model. - Overseeing a global team of functional and automation testers. - Driving the adoption of best practices and testing standards. - Developing and delivering internal and client-facing documentation such as proposals, playbooks, and test plans. - Planning and executing testing activities while providing regular updates to senior leadership. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of global portfolio management and financial servicing. Additionally, the following skills will be beneficial: - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of portfolio management, trading, compliance, and risk across asset classes. - Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders effectively. - Analytical and organizational strength in a fast-paced, global environment. - Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and portfolio management theory is a plus. Qualifications for this position include: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management. - 12+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in financial and/or technology transformation. - 5+ years of experience leading project teams across internal and external stakeholders.
