Job Description

Role: Officer - FP&A

Location: Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, Banking relationship.
Prepare, maintain, and review accurate financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring financial performance against budgets.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Handle payroll processing and related financial activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and reporting needs.
Maintain and update accounting records using accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP).

Preferred candidate profile

4 to 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational environment.
Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance in India.
Exposure to working with Tally ERP is essential.

Preferred candidate with NP: 0 to 30 Days
