Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer-CEQ-Sales-Hubli-Central Building-J-Grades in Hubli. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure login and disbursement numbers meet organizational requirements.
Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, promoting a strong brand identity with potential customers.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
Possess strong skills in achieving business targets, identifying target areas, and building strong client relationships.
Demonstrate the ability to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
