You will be responsible for identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments as per the organization norms. It will be essential to ensure a high number of logins along with disbursement and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per their requirements. Your responsibilities will also include executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand, building strong client relationships internally and externally, and establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers. You will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build robust distribution channels. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.
