Key Responsibilities of Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Adani, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Utilizing various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit. - Coordinating interviews with the hiring team and facilitating communication between candidates and stakeholders. - Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Utilizing applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records. - Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the Adani employer brand. - Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department and supporting other HR functions as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
