JOB DESCRIPTION: OFFICE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

COMPANY OVERVIEW:B.R. Commercials is part of the B.R. Group of companies (more details at ). We operate a high-traffic highway petrol pump, which has consistently been the highest-selling Jio-BP pump in Chhattisgarh for the past two months. In the same time-frame, we have also been Jio-BP’s highest selling fuel delivery partner in all of India. Moreover, we are expanding our business with inclusion of a Food & Beverage complex of well-recognised brands.

We are growing very fast, and the Office Sales Representative will be critical to our continued success! Here at B.R. Commercials, we're looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that's at the forefront of the fuel and convenience industry in India.

WORKPLACE LOCATION: Kapoor House, Choubey Colony, Raipur (CG) | City Office
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Saturday, 10.30AM to 6.30PM
SALARY: 15k to 18k per month

KEY SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Filter through the leads & connect with prospects for sales, using an in-house developed application.
• Make calls to potential B2B customers. Understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions- fuel delivery, bulk supply, fuel cards, fuel storage etc.
• Follow-up, negotiate & close deals.
• This will be a purely desk sales role. Little to no field work is required.
• We believe that sales is a numbers game. Your performance will be evaluated weekly.
• Provide feedback to the management for improving offerings and sales strategies.
• Suggest marketing campaigns or local promotions to drive sales.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for data pipeline purposes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven personality.

GOOD TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in any sales role; preferably over calls
• Knowledge of Raipur, particularly Siltara & surrounding market.
• No graduation degree necessary.

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH:The Sales Representative will work directly with the owner and the owner’s office at B.R. Commercials, gaining hands-on exposure to all revenue generating initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact growth and customer mix.
