Project: TrueNorth Job Description: REVENUE OPERATIONS (RevOps) LEAD ABOUT THE ROLE We are at the go-to-market (GTM) stage of our power trading venture, where revenue operations will decide our trajectory. As the Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll work directly with the Founder to design, manage, and scale all revenue-driving activities; from lead generation and market research to stakeholder engagement and outbound outreach. This isn’t a traditional sales role. You’ll be the architect of our revenue engine: building systems, streamlining workflows, and setting up tools so that outreach, follow-ups, and meetings happen seamlessly. Around 70% of your focus will be on process creation and automation, while the remaining 30% will be on content and outreach, including ghostwriting for the company’s thought leadership presence. LOCATION: Shriram Business Park, Mowa (Raipur) STIPEND: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000/month (Full-time role, immediate joining preferred) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Building & Automation (70%) Design and manage a sales pipeline system (reminders, follow-ups, CRM workflows from lead generation to service handover). Set up and experiment with tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RocketReach, Notion/Bullett, Slack). Create scalable workflows for cold + warm outreach, meeting prep, and documentation. Outreach & Content (30%) Drive stakeholder communication and targeted email/LinkedIn outreach. Coordinate meeting scheduling (with the Founder’s EA), prepare briefs, and ensure timely follow-ups. Ghostwrite and publish content for the company on LinkedIn, building thought leadership and credibility. Founder Enablement Ensure the Founder’s time is maximized such that he is present at the meetings only, with you handling all prep and post-meeting documentation. Act as the behind-the-scenes operator, keeping communication flowing, notes documented, and systems updated. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Excellent communication and writing skills (you’ll directly represent the Company/Founder). Process-first mindset, i.e. you think in systems and workflows. High curiosity towards intelligent automation tools, analytical ability, and adaptability. Comfortable engaging across stakeholders: clients, partners, vendors, government bodies.
