Job Overview:

Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement activities, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized, and professional office environment at all times.

Employee Tracking & Support:

  • Monitor sales reports, employee performance, and workflow of sales and service teams.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare productivity and performance reports for management review.
  • Coordinate employee schedules, internal meetings, and team communications.

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and supporting documents.
  • Track customer orders, follow up on pending deliveries, and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and sales-related documentation.
  • Handle client queries and provide necessary coordination support to help close deals.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact between management, sales, service teams, and clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow across departments.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Office Administration, Operations Management, Sales Coordination, and CRM handling.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
  • MBA (HR & Operations)

    or

    graduate in any discipline

    with relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • 5-10 years of experience

    in office administration.
  • Age Requirement:

    35 to 45 years
