Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our co-working space. The ideal candidate will manage office administration, supervise support staff, handle client relations, and ensure all infrastructure and services are running smoothly. A basic understanding of networking and facility management is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Facility Management:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the co-working facility including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
  • Ensure availability and functionality of essential services – electricity, internet, air conditioning, cleaning, and pantry.
  • Coordinate with service providers for AMC, repairs, vendor support, and facility upgrades.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Team & Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise support staff such as office boys, receptionists, and housekeeping personnel.
  • Assign duties and ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism within the workspace.
  • Handle shift planning and attendance for admin/support staff.

Client & Member Management:

  • Welcome new clients and assist with onboarding, seating arrangements, and orientation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client queries, complaints, or service requests.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach and a hospitable work environment for all members.

Admin & Documentation:

  • Maintain records of bills, maintenance schedules, petty cash, and incident logs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on facility usage, issues, and improvements.
  • Assist with invoicing, rent collections, and compliance documentation.

Technology & Networking (Optional but Preferred):

  • Basic troubleshooting of internet connectivity, printer, Wi-Fi routers, and office IT hardware.
  • Escalate advanced IT/networking issues to vendors or IT support when needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; Admin or Facility Management course is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in office administration or facility management, preferably in a co-working or hospitality environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English and local language.
  • Basic IT & networking troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.
  • Leadership, customer service, and problem-solving mindset.

Additional Details:

  • Should be flexible with rotational shifts and extended working hours if required.
  • Must be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of independently handling office functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
