Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing of office-related data.
• Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
• Manage accounts and financial entries in Tally.
• Assist in correspondence through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Coordinate with team members and provide administrative support.
• Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in

  Tally, MS Excel, and MS Word

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
