Office Executive

The Executive Officer is responsible for supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations, implementing management decisions, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth business functioning. The role involves handling administrative duties, monitoring performance, and contributing to strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities:Assist senior management in planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities. Supervise office or departmental functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. Prepare and review reports, proposals, and presentations for management. Manage communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and record management. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Support the development and implementation of business strategies and policies. Maintain confidentiality of company information and ensure data accuracy. Represent the management in meetings and official correspondence when required. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest actionable solutions. Requirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred). Experience: 2–5 years in administration, operations, or management support roles. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and analytical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
