Job Title: Office Coordinator (Female Only) Location: JTM Mall, Jagatpura Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years preferred Salary: 10k to 13k (Per Month) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills , proficiency in MS Office tools and Google Workspace , and a confident approach to client interaction and calling . Key Responsibilities: Handle client calls professionally and maintain communication records Respond to emails, inquiries, and follow-ups in fluent written and spoken English Manage day-to-day office coordination and administrative support Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars Maintain digital and physical filing systems using Google Drive Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Track and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination Assist with data entry, billing, invoicing, and document handling Coordinate with internal teams and provide necessary administrative support Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written Strong knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas), Word, PowerPoint , and Google Drive tools Ability to multi-task , prioritize work, and meet deadlines Confident in handling client calls and coordination Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Positive attitude, professionalism, and team spirit Prior experience as an office assistant/coordinator preferred Tech Tools You’ll Work With: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Email and calendar tools (e.g., Gmail) Why Join Us?
