Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Business Development Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving the growth of the company’s service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions from our service offerings.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales and technical team.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and status updates using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation or sales targets.
• Prepare basic business proposals and quotations.

Key Requirements:

• Only Female candidates should apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, smart, and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Training will be provided).
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and online research.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales or client handling is a plus.
