Required Skill Set   Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. · Knowledge of statutory compliance and documentation procedures. · Basic understanding of accounting, GST, and regulatory filings. · Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and office tools and English Typing. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Good communication and coordination abilities. Job Description / Responsibilities: ·       Coordinate daily office activities and internal communication. · Manage office documentation and filing (physical & digital). · Support accounts, HR, and operations with backend assistance. · Handle correspondence, emails, and phone coordination. · Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external agencies. · Maintain records, reports, and MIS data. · Track office supplies and support procurement activities. · Assist management with scheduling and follow-ups. Preparation of tender documents/ payment request letters/ support to store personal on drafting mail on repair items and purchase order.
