The company delivers innovative solutions for residential projects, including villas, apartments, and bungalows, covering all aspects like kitchens, wardrobes, flooring, ceilings, and more. Led by Principal Designer Joyonnita Banerjee, who has 20 years of extensive experience, the team comprises skilled interior designers, 3D visualizers, administrative staff, and supervisors. Known for its commitment to quality and a client-first approach, A N Dezignz ensures exceptional results and promises lifetime client support.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will undertake day-to-day administrative tasks, handle office communication, provide superior customer service, and maintain efficient office operations. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, operating office equipment, coordinating with team members, and ensuring a well-organized workplace. The role is key to supporting both client-facing and internal team interactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, filing, and office management
Excellent grasp of Phone Etiquette and the ability to professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls
Experience working with Office Equipment and technology to manage day-to-day operations effectively
Strong skills in Customer Service and effective client interaction
Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively with a team
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in office management, business administration, or related fields is preferred
Prior experience in the interior design or consultancy industry is an advantage
