Responsibilities:

• Handle clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping.
• Maintain and organize legal files, both physical and electronic.
• Assist in drafting simple letters, notices, and maintaining case-related documentation.
• Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
• Provide support in scheduling meetings, hearings, and appointments.
• Assist advocates and staff with office-related requirements.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and office matters.

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification:

   12th pass

   (Graduation preferred).
2. Basic knowledge of office management and clerical work.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
4. Good typing speed with accuracy.
5. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
6. Trustworthy, disciplined, and able to work

   full office hours (8 am to 10 pm)

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
