Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
  • Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, scanning, binding, and delivering documents within the office.
  • Ensure the availability of essential office supplies such as stationery, drinking water, tea/coffee materials, and cleaning supplies.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing refreshments for internal and external meetings.
  • Support staff with minor administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Handle incoming couriers and parcels; distribute them to the concerned departments.
  • Manage outgoing courier dispatch in coordination with the admin team.
  • Monitor and maintain pantry cleanliness, including utensils, appliances, and inventory.
  • Assist in carrying files, materials, or office items as needed.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and upkeep of office cleanliness throughout the day.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in office assistant or similar role (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of office routines and housekeeping tasks.
  • Ability to communicate politely and professionally with staff and visitors.
  • Physically active and capable of performing routine tasks efficiently.
  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to assist during office events or extra tasks when required.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
