Role Description

This full-time, on-site Office Associate role is based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing daily office operations, performing administrative tasks, supporting customer service, and handling basic accounting duties. The Office Associate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient workflow of the office while offering support to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Basic knowledge and skills in Accounting for managing office expenses and financial tasks.
• Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
