Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From managing accounts, stock and inventory to overseeing purchase and sales order, you will be responsible for completing tasks in a professional and timely manner. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining books of accounts and tracking payments and receipts.
  • Provide inventory control system and managing supply and purchase orders.


Qualifications

  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
