Job Description

1. Office Management & Coordination

  • Maintain the office environment, ensure cleanliness, and manage daily operational needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, printing, repair technicians, etc.).
  • Manage office supplies inventory (stationery, samples, brochures, catalogues).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism.

2. Project Coordination Support

  • Assist designers in preparing project files, documentation, and presentations.
  • Coordinate site visits and client meetings—scheduling, reminders, and logistics.
  • Maintain project trackers for timelines, materials, quotations, and deliverables.
  • Follow up with vendors and contractors for material delivery, sample submissions, and status updates.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all project stages—design, approval, execution, handover.
  • Follow up with clients for pending payments (as instructed).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
