Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
  • Maintain office records, files, documentation of projects and social media handling like LinedIn.
  • Manage correspondence (Tender documents, emails, letters, phone calls)
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, reviews and appointments
  • Oversee office supplies and vendor management
  • HR and accounts activities like payroll and Voucher creations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies
  • Handle performance management and appraisal systems
  • Support management in strategic HR planning

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com with decent grades.
  • Proven experience (23 years) as office administration/HR Manager or similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office
