Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination Maintain office records, files, documentation of projects and social media handling like LinedIn. Manage correspondence (Tender documents, emails, letters, phone calls) Assist in scheduling meetings, reviews and appointments Oversee office supplies and vendor management HR and accounts activities like payroll and Voucher creations. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Drive employee engagement and retention strategies Handle performance management and appraisal systems Support management in strategic HR planning Requirements: Educational Qualification: MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com with decent grades. Proven experience (23 years) as office administration/HR Manager or similar role is an advantage.
