Role & responsibilities

Managing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for Directors Coordinating travel arrangementsflights, hotels, transport, itineraries Preparing minutes of meetings, follow-ups, and progress reports Handling confidential documents and communication Acting as a liaison between Directors and internal/external stakeholders Organizing and maintaining important files and documents Supporting Directors in strategic planning and project coordination Ensuring seamless execution of executive-level tasks

Preferred candidate profile

Strong organizational and planning skills Advanced calendar management Travel booking, hotel booking, and ticket booking Appointment and meeting scheduling Excellent communication and coordination skills High level of confidentiality and professionalism Report, presentation, and business communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
