Job Description

Xplora Getaways Private Limited, we are a growing travel and tour company passionate about creating memorable journeys for our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our operations, manage customer leads and ensure smooth office management. If you have a passion for travel and tourism and want to be part of a dynamic team, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update and track leads in the company CRM system.
  • Monitor the status of leads and assist the operations and sales team with follow-ups.
  • Convert raw tour package content into well-written, professional customer-ready material/itinerary in MS Office.
  • Collect and organize travel information from various sources into MS Word documents with proper formatting.
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers and customers for bookings, quotations and inquiries.
  • Provide basic support with financial data entry (invoices, receipts, and expense logs).
  • Assist in preparing simple reports and maintaining financial records.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, supplies, and administrative tasks.
  • Support the management team with operational tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior administrative experience preferred, ideally in the travel or service industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity/aptitude to learn the web based CRM systems and other booking websites.
  • Strong documention and formatting skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the travel and tourism industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
