Xplora Getaways Private Limited is a growing travel and tour company passionate about designing unique and memorable journeys. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Travel Packages Developer to research trending destinations, craft engaging itineraries, and design travel products that delight our customers while driving business growth. Tour Operations Management

  • Manage end-to-end tour operations from enquiry to trip completion, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate with hotels, transport partners, and activity providers to handle all bookings and logistical arrangements.
  • Monitor live trips, support travellers in real time, and manage delays, changes, and emergency situations.
  • Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents while maintaining accurate booking and operations records.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure competitive rates, and track operational expenses and updates.
  • Research travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new destinations and experiences.
  • Support the design of creative, customer-focused travel packages with clear itineraries and pricing.
  • Monitor package performance, gather feedback, ensure product quality, and recommend new ideas to grow offerings and revenue.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education in Travel & Tourism preferred or proven experience in travel industry.
  • 5 -10 years experience in travel operations and product development or similar roles in the tourism industry.
  • Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations, travel trends and itinerary planning.
  • Ability to negotiate with vendors/DMCs and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Experience in pricing, business cases and profitability analysis.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using MS Office; knowledge of travel booking or CRM tools.
  • Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for building unique travel experiences.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
