Job Description

Role Overview: This role is ideal for a highly efficient, multi-tasking professional who can handle multiple office and operational tasks simultaneously. You will work closely with senior management, vendors, production team, and clients to ensure seamless daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: Communicate with suppliers of laminates, veneers, adhesives, and other raw materials; ensure smooth procurement and timely deliveries. CRM & Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales orders, and supplier details on Excel/Google Sheets . Billing & Documentation: Generate invoices, process purchase orders, and verify incoming invoices for accuracy. Coordination: Serve as a bridge between senior management and production teams to track order status and ensure deadlines are met. Client Communication: Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups with potential customers. Administrative Tasks: Handle document printing, scanning, and filing for smooth workflow. Order Tracking: Monitor and manage customer order fulfilment and address any issues proactively. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Strong organisational, time-management and follow-up skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & Word . Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment . Excellent communication and coordination skills. Previous experience in office administration, sales coordination, or operations is preferred. Prior exposure to Tally & CRM software will be an advantage. Settled in Bhopal with no plans to relocate.
