About Ansari Architects:
Ansari Architects is a renowned architectural firm, known for delivering outstanding designs and innovative solutions in the fields of residential, commercial, and urban architecture. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and provide crucial support to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing office supplies, maintenance, and general office organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff and the team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
  • Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients as necessary.
  • Provide support for HR-related activities, such as scheduling interviews or employee records management.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between different departments and teams.
  • Manage office budget, and track expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Assist with project coordination and client interactions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin, Office Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle urgent situations with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
