Key Responsibilities ERP Management Set up, configure, and maintain the school ERP system. Clean and organize existing data to ensure accuracy and integrity. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions. Ensure ERP modules (student info, admissions, fees, HR, etc.) are functional and optimized. Vendor Coordination Communicate regularly with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services. Collect and manage operational requirements from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation. Operations Support Collaborate with department heads and upper management to identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Monitor daily operational activities and ensure compliance with school policies. Innovate and implement solutions to streamline school operations and reduce manual workload. Reporting & Documentation Generate regular reports from ERP systems to support decision-making. Maintain proper documentation of processes, updates, and changes made in the ERP system.
