Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Book Keeping and record keeping of the office and management, income- expense details, track the budgetary metrics (expenses, incomes etc),manage the invoices raised and received and maintain in appropriate format and liaison with the accounts and audit team / vendors.
  • Manage and execute all the administrative work with all related stakeholders and vendors to host & manage a stage show / concerts / cultural programmes/ other administrative work required for management, as required from time to time.
  • Responsible for planning and executing offline branding / advertisement and ensuring necessary steps towards end to end execution.
  • Official Contact person for the company, CEO and custodian of the official contact number in all platforms, responsible for replying to all calls- messages directed in that number maintaining company ethics and standards.
  • Coordinate with internal content/ video / social media contact team / point of the company to ensure alignment between offline and digital / online branding.
  • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring end to end successful execution of musical events on Concerts / Events including but not limited to auditorium coordination, artist management, stage management, hall management, ticket & entry management, food and other travel requirements etc.
  • Responsible for managing the schedule and administrative requirements of CEO in official capacity.
  • Any other responsibilities, as deemed fit in line with the strategic goal of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Pleasant personality with minimum 1 - 2 years experience in admin work, preferably in event management.
  • Hands-on skills of vendor management is must
  • Excellent Communication Skills with proficient in English- Bengali & Hindi.
  • Willingness to work hard and disciplined. Creative thinker with a strong sense of Bengali audience tone & culture.
  • Comfortable using tools like MS Office, Power Point, Excel and apt in preparing presentations.
  • Knowledge of music industry trends or love for Bengali music! Avid reader.
  • Strong inter personal skills to hold official meetings/ engaging with third party vendors.
  • Punctual, diligent and fully willing to work from office. No hybrid / remote working request unless rare exigencies.
  • Bonus: Any skill set / experience / certification in any kind of digital content creation, social media management, or any relevant certification / knowledge on the sectors mentioned above is bonus.

Note :

Office timing would be 11.30 am - 7.30 pm. Work from office and no WFH to be entertained unless rare exigencies.
