Role & responsibilities Work as a Brand Story teller, digital creation specialist and content engagement lead. Design banners, posts, thumbnails, and promotional creatives for social media Create short promotional videos and Instagram Reels (from existing content or scratch), You tube thumbnails etc for social media and post. Create Reports / various graphical presentation decks for management and website. Maintain a consistent and clean brand aesthetic that aligns with company strategy. Basic video Editing of images and footage for artist teasers, podcast videos, concert announcements, short interviews and festive campaigns. Plan and schedule content aligned with ongoing and upcoming events. Contribute effectively for increasing follower counts, engagement enhancement and should be hands on in Tracking performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR) and suggest improvements. Strategise, Plan, evaluate and engage, coordinate with third party vendor to develop the website of the company and manage,henceforth, whenever required. Any other responsibilities, as deemed fit in line with the strategic goal of the company. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Graphic designing / content creation Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Gamma AI or similar Ability to work fast and meet deadlines Strong visual storytelling skills Knowledge of Bengali typography along with English, cultural colors, and musical vibes Knowledge on basic video editing and mobile video shooting. Comfortable using tools like Facebook Creator Studio, YT Studio, Buffer, or similar and basic knowledge on marketing ads, monetization etc. Bonus: Any skill set / experience / certification in any kind of digital content creation, social media management, or any relevant certification / knowledge on the sectors mentioned above is bonus. Note : Office will be in Kolkata with six days, Monday-Saturday. Office timing would be 11.30 am - 7.30 pm. Work from office and no WFH to be entertained unless rare exigencies.
