Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations including answering calls, emails, and greeting visitors. Maintain office records, files, and databases (physical and digital). Handle correspondence, scheduling, and calendar management for meetings and appointments. Oversee procurement of office supplies, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, leave management, and onboarding new staff. Assist with expense tracking, petty cash, and coordination with accounts/finance team. Ensure office equipment and facilities are properly maintained. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by management. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
