Office Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Office Admin cum Store Incharge to manage daily office operations and oversee store/inventory activities. The role requires a blend of administrative efficiency and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth functioning of office as well as effective management of stock and supplies. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationManage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and documentation. Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors, clients, and staff. Maintain records, files, and ensure smooth workflow in the office. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and assist management in administrative tasks. Ensure office supplies and utilities are well-maintained. Store/Inventory ManagementOversee receipt, storage, and issue of materials/stationery/office supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain minimum stock levels. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and ensure timely deliveries. Monitor inward and outward movement of goods and maintain proper documentation. RequirementsGraduate (preferred: B.Com / BBA / equivalent). 2–4 years of experience in office administration and/or store/inventory management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of inventory software/ERP will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Key QualitiesResponsible and reliable.
