Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admin Executive (5–7 years) who has banking knowledge, can manage properties & facilities, and is skilled in drafting mails and maintaining documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: *Manage day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination & property management. *Handle banking-related tasks such as payments, reconciliations, and vendor bills. *Draft professional mails, maintain proper filing systems & official documentation. *Oversee procurement, inventory, housekeeping, and overall facility operations. *Support management in travel, meetings, and compliance-related tasks. 🔹 Requirements: *Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred). *5–7 years of relevant experience in administration. *Strong knowledge of banking operations & property management. *Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills. *Proficiency in MS Office & basic IT tools.
