This is a full-time on-site role for an Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling ,educational support, handling administrative duties, keeping track of student information, supervising personnel, and ensuring the institute runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities: ● Student counseling, career counseling ,educational support. handling administrative duties, ●Oversee the day-to-day operations of the UPSC coaching institute, including managing staff, scheduling classes, and organizing events. ●Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments. ● Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students and staff. ●Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure the efficient operation of the institute. ●Maintain communication with students, and staff to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date with institute news and events. ●Work with marketing and outreach staff to promote the institute and attract new students. Requirements: ●Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or education is a plus point. ●Freshers are also invited to for the post. But an experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution is a plus. ●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ●Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ●Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and student information systems. Experience: Ready to work attitude with a strong inclination towards self growth.
