Role Description

Job Title: Office 365 L3 Support SpecialistLocation: Chennai/NoidaShift: APAC/EMEARole OverviewThe O365 L3 Specialist will provide advanced support and administration for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across enterprise environments. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, implementing automation, and collaborating with global teams to optimize productivity and collaboration tools.Key ResponsibilitiesExchange Online & Hybrid ManagementManage and troubleshoot Exchange Online components and hybrid environments.Handle mailbox migrations, mail flow issues, connectors, and accepted domains.Identity & Access ManagementConfigure and maintain Entra ID, Entra ID Premium, MDI and AD Connect.Manage RBAC roles and permissions.Security & ComplianceImplement and monitor DLP, retention policies, litigation hold, MFA, and conditional access.Investigate suspicious activities and enforce compliance standards.PowerShell & AutomationDevelop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts for O365 administration.Collaboration ToolsSupport Teams administration and configuration.Manage OneDrive, and related services.Generating, analysing and providing reports available on the different admin interfaces/PowerShell in Office 365.Mobility & Device ManagementConfiguring Intune and mobile device policies.Intune device and application management.IntegrationConfigure enterprise apps and SSO integrations with Azure AD.Incident & Change ManagementExecute approved changes and provide L3 escalation support.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Azure AD, ADFS, SSO, and hybrid environments.Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation.Hands-on experience with Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Knowledge of security and compliance features (DLP, eDiscovery, audit logs).Familiarity with Entra ID and enterprise app management.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certifications: MS-100, MS-101, or equivalent.5+ years of experience in O365 administration and L3 support.Exposure to migration projects and automation frameworks.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
