About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Consultant with 4–6 years of hands-on development and customization experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customizing multiple areas of Odoo, integrating Odoo with third-party applications, and working closely with functional consultants as part of the implementation team.

This role requires excellent technical knowledge of Odoo’s framework, proven integration experience, and the ability to collaborate with both functional teams and clients to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to meet client requirements.
• Work on Odoo framework (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, APIs, QWeb) for customizations and enhancements.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, working closely with functional consultants.
• Handle integration projects – design and implement integrations between Odoo and third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, eCommerce, ERP/CRM, logistics).
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning for Odoo customizations.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Functional teams to support solution demonstrations and technical feasibility discussions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom modules, integrations, and workflows.
• Provide post-go-live technical support and work on change requests.
• Contribute to best practices and technical design discussions within the team.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience as an Odoo Technical Consultant/Developer.
• Strong expertise in Python, Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, QWeb, and Odoo APIs.
• Proven experience in customizing several Odoo modules (Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, etc.).
• Must have worked on at least 2–3 Odoo integration projects (REST/SOAP APIs, web services, third-party tools).
• Experience working as part of an implementation team, supporting functional consultants in delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Good understanding of Odoo deployment, version upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with functional consultants and international clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Odoo certification is a plus.
• Flexibility to work in UK time zone.

Pay: ₹462,752.47 - ₹1,630,263.71 per year
