Position Overview:

Odoo Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and align business processes with Odoo functionalities.
• Implement and configure Odoo modules as per project scope and industry standards.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle: requirements gathering, implementation, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional support and conduct training sessions for clients.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
• Perform functional and system integration testing.
• Ensure smooth data migration and business process transition.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive ERP solutions.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets, offering prompt resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Functional Consulting.
• Strong domain knowledge across key Odoo modules:

  Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Project Management.

• Proficient in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes.
• Experience in Odoo implementation, system configuration, and testing.
• Ability to deliver client training (both onsite and remote).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business automation tools.
