Odoo Functional Consultant
Location: Infopark, Kochi

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant with strong technical knowledge and proven expertise in delivering successful Odoo implementations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about ERP systems, able to bridge business requirements with technical solutions, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Odoo implementations (requirement gathering, solution design, customization, training, and support).
Provide live demos and presentations to clients.Functional consulting across CRM, Sales, HR, Accounting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.Direct and guide technical teams for development and implementation.Support clients with queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of Odoo systems.Mentor and guide junior implementers/developers.Collaborate with sales/pre-sales team to provide inputs when required.Establish frameworks for Odoo best practices and ensure compliance across projects.Manage Odoo infrastructure including VM setup, PostgreSQL, Odoo installation, Nginx, SSL, and CI/CD pipelines.Maintain repositories (Bitbucket/GitHub) and manage production/test environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (Enterprise Edition).
Strong track record of successful Odoo implementations.Solid understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies.Excellent knowledge of Odoo standard modules and customization capabilities.Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines, Bitbucket/GitHub repositories.Strong technical knowledge of:Linux, PostgreSQL, Odoo software installation/maintenance.Python programming.Frontend technologies: JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap.Software integration (REST API, Web Services, XML-RPC).Good understanding of open-source development and SDLC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
