Job Description

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you are expected to have a strong background in corporate occupational health practices, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting. Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred. Your educational qualifications should include GNM certification, as well as being trained in ACLS and BLS. Key Responsibilities: - Provide prompt case management for injuries according to BLS protocols - Collaborate with on-site doctors - Conduct risk reduction and health education sessions - Implement preventative health strategies - Offer counseling and crisis intervention - Perform health screening - Maintain the confidentiality of employees" health information - Evaluate employees with limitations and recommend suitable job placements based on fitness for duty assessments Qualifications Required: - Strong background in corporate occupational health practices - Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate setting - Previous experience in a hospital environment preferred - GNM certification - Trained in ACLS and BLS Fluency in both Hindi and English, both written and spoken, is necessary for this role. You should also be proficient in handling basic software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Additionally, you must be prepared to provide support and travel to various project sites as needed, independently manage an Occupational Health center, and establish and maintain collaboration across different departments. Your role will involve effectively managing pandemic situations and being open to shift duties. As an Occupational Health Nurse at Siemens, you will be required to ensure adherence to Siemens" policies and legal requirements, as well as meet eligibility criteria for handling personal information. Your experience and skills in corporate Employee Wellness Assistance Programs (EWAP) will be valuable in this role, where you will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of employees and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.,
