Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, guide, and support nursing staff in daily patient care activities.
• Monitor and ensure quality standards in ICU, CCU, NICU, PICU, and Neonatal units.
• Maintain patient safety protocols and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Train and mentor junior nurses to enhance professional growth and performance.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and shift handovers.
• Handle emergency situations with composure and expertise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of total nursing experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in critical care units (ICU/CCU/NICU/PICU/Neonatal).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage staff schedules and ensure 24/7 care coverage.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented professional attitude.
