Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Nursing Manager. Lead overall nursing operations, ensure clinical quality, manage staffing, audits and nurse training across all units including ward, HDU and step-down ICU. Qualifications Proven expertise in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Minimum 3 years of ICU or critical care experience (preferred) Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, ventilator management, and emergency care. Experience with EMR Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and Patient Care practices, emphasizing empathetic and personalized care. Background in Medicine, particularly in Critical Care Medicine, to address complex patient needs and ensure high-quality treatment standards. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or relevant field is preferred.
