Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Nursing Manager. Lead overall nursing operations, ensure clinical quality, manage staffing, audits and nurse training across all units including ward, HDU and step-down ICU.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Nursing Management and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Minimum 3 years of ICU or critical care experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of critical care nursing, ventilator management, and emergency care.
• Experience with EMR
• Strong knowledge and experience in Nursing and Patient Care practices, emphasizing empathetic and personalized care.
• Background in Medicine, particularly in Critical Care Medicine, to address complex patient needs and ensure high-quality treatment standards.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid license; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in a managerial role in a healthcare setting is an asset.
