As a Nursing Supervisor at the company, you will play a crucial role in providing care to patients while ensuring compliance with standards. Your primary responsibility will be to identify patient needs and effectively prioritize them in alignment with physicians" instructions. Moreover, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with doctors, staff nurses, and establishing tie-ups with hospitals. Your Responsibilities: - Ensure the delivery of quality care by strictly adhering to the standards defined by physicians and company policies. - Conduct patient care education sessions in person. - Collaborate with doctors, staff nurses, and hospitals to strengthen professional networks. Your Qualifications: - Registered Professional Nurse with a valid license, possessing a degree in BSc. Nursing or GNM Nursing. - Experience as a registered nursing staff in hospitals, healthcare sectors, home healthcare, etc. - Preferred certifications in CPR, ACLS, and BCLS. - Ability to effectively handle patients in need of care.,
