Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with the critical care team, implementing nursing management strategies, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role also involves collaborating with medical professionals and administrative staff to maintain a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing Management and Patient Care skills
• Strong background in Medicine and Nursing
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; advanced certifications in Nursing Management are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory nursing role
