Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site Nursing Manager in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage the nursing staff. This role involves coordinating with medical teams, monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, addressing patient needs promptly, providing staff mentorship, handling managerial tasks such as scheduling and performance evaluations, and ensuring effective delivery of critical care services.
